THQT is built by one person. This page says who, why, and how the site pays for itself, because you should know all three before trusting anything here.
Who writes this
Kartikeya Mishra, an independent software developer in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I build and run software products on my own, without a team, an investor or a content agency. Every guide and every tool on this site was written and coded by me.
I am a developer, not a chartered accountant. That shapes what this site is good for. The arithmetic in these tools is correct and I have checked it. The classification questions — which HSN code, which rate, whether an exemption reaches your case — are not mine to answer, and I say so on the pages where it matters rather than quietly guessing.
Why these tools exist
I built THQT because small businesses in India lose real money to invoices nobody chases. Not because the owners are careless, but because chasing is unpleasant, the paperwork is fiddly, and the alternative software is built for companies with an accounts department.
The free tools came second. Somebody who needs one invoice today does not need a subscription — they need an invoice. So the tools do exactly that, once, with no signup and no email wall, and they forget everything when you close the tab. If you later find yourself doing it forty times a month, THQT is there. If you do not, the tools are still free.
How it is written
Every guide names the provision it describes so you can check it. Where something is genuinely contested, or depends on facts I cannot see, the page says so instead of giving you false confidence. Every page carries the date it was last reviewed.
Rates and rules change by notification, sometimes quickly. Between reviews a page can go stale without me noticing. If you find something wrong, tell me and I will fix it and note the change.
How this is funded
Three ways, all of them visible. Subscriptions to the THQT app. Advertising on some guide pages, labelled and kept off the tools and the homepage. And affiliate commissions on some outbound links, marked as paid links wherever they appear.

What this site does not do
It does not sell your data — the tools never send it anywhere to begin with. It does not put anything useful behind an email address. It does not use fake urgency, invented user counts or testimonials from people who do not exist. If a claim appears here, it is one I can stand behind.
