1. Who these terms are with

THQT is operated by Kartikeya Mishra, a sole proprietorship based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India ("THQT", "we", "us"). Full contact details are at the end of these terms and on the contact page.

By using www.thqt.me, joining the invite list or creating a THQT account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, our cancellation and refund policy and our delivery policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Who can use THQT

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. THQT is built for business use. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

3. The free tools are calculators, not advice

The tools on this website perform arithmetic and apply published rules to figures and dates you enter. They do not decide the classification of a supply, verify that a GSTIN is registered or active, confirm that a rate is right for your goods or services, or know the facts of your situation.

Nothing on this website or in the THQT service is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. Rates, thresholds and rules change by notification. Every page shows when it was last reviewed, and changes are recorded on the changelog, but we cannot guarantee that a page is current on the day you read it. Confirm anything that affects a filing, a payment or a formal notice with a qualified professional.

4. The invite list

THQT is currently invite-only. Joining the list is free and does not oblige you to anything. Joining does not guarantee an invite, a date or a particular feature; we invite in batches, and we decide the order using the answers people choose to give. We may stop running the list at any time.

5. Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly at support@thqt.me if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the business details you enter, because they print on every invoice you issue.

6. Plans, prices and payment

THQT has a free plan and paid plans. Current prices are on the pricing page; at the date above they are Starter at ₹299 a month and Pro at ₹599 a month. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Where we are registered for GST, we issue a tax invoice for each payment.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our payment gateway. We never see or store your full card, bank or UPI credentials; Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself. For recurring payments, you authorise a mandate through Razorpay, and you will receive a notification before each renewal charge as required by Reserve Bank of India rules on recurring payments.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and the new price takes effect from your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Plan screen in THQT, in one step, without contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves to the free plan. Refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your data and your customers' data

You own the business information, customer records and invoices you put into THQT. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending reminders you ask THQT to send.

Your invoices contain personal data about your own customers. For that data, you decide why it is processed and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact your customers, including by the reminder emails THQT sends on your behalf. We process it only on your instructions and as described in our privacy policy.

You can export your data at any time, on every plan, including after you cancel. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, subject to any record we are legally required to keep.

9. What you must not do

• Issue invoices for supplies that did not happen, or use THQT to evade tax or mislead anyone.
• Enter a GSTIN, business name or address that is not yours or your customer's.
• Use the reminder feature to harass anyone, or to contact people who have no business relationship with you.
• Attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass plan limits.
• Scrape or bulk-copy this website's content, or resell access to the service.
• Click advertisements other than out of genuine interest, or encourage anyone else to.
• Use THQT for anything unlawful under Indian law or the law where you operate.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep THQT available and your data safe. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, especially during the invite-only period. If we remove a feature you pay for, or end the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any period paid for and not provided.

11. Intellectual property

The THQT name, software, design and the writing on this website belong to us. Invoices and documents you produce belong to you; we claim no rights in them. You may quote from our guides with attribution and a link, but may not republish them in bulk.

12. Third-party services and links

THQT relies on third-party services, including Razorpay for payments and Google for hosting infrastructure, analytics and advertising on this website. Links to other sites, including affiliate links marked as paid links, are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or for tax, interest or penalties arising from figures, classifications or filings you rely on. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to THQT is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and ₹1,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer, including the right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

14. Indemnity

If you use THQT in breach of these terms or the law, and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

15. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages of payment networks, internet infrastructure or cloud providers, natural events, or government action.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects paying users, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies. Using THQT after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

17. Law, disputes and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any complaint first with our grievance officer, whose details are below, so we can try to resolve it. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about THQT. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not waived it.
