Shipping and delivery policy
THQT is software used online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.

What is delivered, and how

If a paid plan has not activated
If 24 hours pass after a successful payment and your plan has not changed, email support@thqt.me with the Razorpay payment ID. We will either activate the plan or refund the payment in full.
Where THQT is available
THQT is built for businesses in India and charges in Indian rupees. You can use it from anywhere you can reach the internet, subject to the law where you are.
