Invoicing that remembers, so you do not have to

THQT numbers your invoices, applies the right GST split, and chases the ones that go unpaid. It is opening in small batches, starting with the people whose problems it already solves best.

What the first version does

Each of these exists because the free tools kept running into the same wall: they do one thing once, and forget it when the tab closes.

  1. Numbering that cannot skip

Every invoice gets the next number in your series automatically, restarting each April. Cancelled invoices keep their number, as Rule 46 expects.

  2. Customers saved once

Add a customer and their GSTIN once. The place of supply, and so the CGST, SGST or IGST split, follows from it on every invoice after that.

  3. Reminders that go out on their own

Three escalating reminders at 3, 14 and 35 days overdue, written to be read, not ignored. The third cites the MSMED Act when you are registered for it.

  4. A link your customer can pay from

Share an invoice as a link instead of an attachment. On a phone it opens their UPI app with the amount already filled in.

  5. Your data, exportable

Export your invoices and customers as files your accountant can open, on every plan, including after you leave.

This describes how the product is being built. Details can change before your invite arrives, and if something important changes we will say so in the email.

On your phone too

THQT runs in any browser. Apps for iPhone and Android are planned; these buttons will link to the stores the day the apps are listed.

Before you ask

Why is THQT invite-only?
Because it is new and run by one person. Inviting in small batches means every early user gets a working product and a real reply when something goes wrong, rather than a support queue. It also means the people who join first shape what gets built next.
When will I get my invite?
There is no date to promise, and we would rather not invent one. Invites go out in batches. The answers you give on this form decide who is invited first, because they tell us whose problems the current version solves best.
Is it free?
There is a free plan for up to five invoices a month. Paid plans are ₹299 and ₹599 a month, inclusive of applicable taxes, and are charged only if you choose one. Joining the invite list costs nothing and asks for no card.
What do you do with my email and answers?
We use your email to send your invite and launch news, and your answers to decide who to invite first and what to build. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers or add you to anyone else’s list. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Do I need THQT to use the free tools?
No. The tools on this site work without an account and always will. THQT is for the point where one invoice at a time stops being enough.

Anything else: hello@thqt.me. A person reads it.
