Refunds and cancellation
The tools on this website are free and there is nothing to refund. This policy covers paid THQT subscriptions and AI credits.

Free plan
THQT's free plan costs nothing and requires no card. Nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from your account settings at any time. It takes one click and does not require you to email anyone, speak to anyone, or explain yourself. A cancellation flow that is harder to find than the signup flow is a dark pattern and we will not build one.
On cancellation your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free plan. You are not billed again.
Refunds on subscriptions
- Within seven days of a first payment: full refund on request, no reason needed. If THQT is not what you expected, we would rather return your money than keep it.
- An accidental renewal: if you were charged for a period you did not intend to renew and you have not meaningfully used it, tell us within fourteen days and we will refund it.
- A billing error on our side: refunded in full, whenever it is found.
- Part-used periods otherwise: not normally refunded, because the service was available and provided. Ask anyway if your circumstances are unusual.
AI credits
AI credits are bought separately and consumed as used. Unused credits are refundable within seven days of purchase. Credits already consumed cannot be refunded, because the processing cost has already been incurred on our side.
If a credit is consumed by a failure on our side that produced no usable output, tell us and we will restore it.
How to ask
Write to support@thqt.me from the address on the account. Include the payment reference if you have it. We acknowledge within two working days.
How refunds arrive
Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once we have initiated it, the time to reach you depends on your bank and card issuer, usually five to ten working days. We cannot refund to a different account from the one that paid.
Where GST was charged, the refund includes it.
Your data when you leave
Export your invoices and customers before you cancel; the export is available on every plan including free. After cancellation your data stays available on the free plan. If you ask us to delete the account, we delete it, and that is not reversible.
