Cancellation and refund policy
Everything on this website, the invite list and THQT's free plan cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy covers paid THQT subscriptions.

Cancelling
Cancel a paid plan from the Plan screen in THQT, in one step. You do not need to email anyone, speak to anyone or give a reason. We will not make cancelling harder to find than signing up.
Cancelling stops the next renewal charge and the payment mandate behind it. Your paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel, and you can export your data on the free plan.
If you cannot reach the Plan screen for any reason, email support@thqt.me from your account address and we will cancel it for you within 2 working days. A cancellation request received before a renewal date is honoured even if we process it after.
When you get a refund

| We end the service, or remove a paid feature, before your paid period ends | Pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period. |
| You cancel part-way through a period in any other case | No refund for that period; the plan runs to its end. Write to us if your situation is unusual. |
How to ask
Email support@thqt.me from the address on your account, with the payment date or Razorpay payment ID if you have it. We acknowledge within 2 working days and tell you the decision within 5 working days.
How long a refund takes
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it through Razorpay within 2 working days. It goes back to the original payment method; we cannot pay it to a different account or in cash. After we initiate it, the time to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer and is usually 5 to 10 working days. A refund includes any tax charged on the amount refunded.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first; it is usually faster than a chargeback and we will fix a genuine error. Raising a chargeback does not remove any right you have.
