About billing
- Do the prices include GST?
- Yes. Every price shown is inclusive of applicable taxes. What you see is what you are charged.
- How does billing work?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel. You receive a notification before each renewal charge.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, in one step from the Plan screen. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- What counts as an invoice?
- Each invoice you issue counts once, in the calendar month you issue it. Cancelling it later does not change that month’s count, and reminders never count.
- Can I use THQT right now?
- THQT is invite-only while it opens in batches. Request an invite and the free plan is yours when it arrives. Joining the list costs nothing.
